All our pictures are from the exact product being sold with some exceptions on un-worn models. All our advertised products are in stock and available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated by Element iN Time NYC upon contact.
Element iN Time NYC offers our esteemed clients a 24 hour approval period upon receiving shipment to inspect the item. Items that are miss-presented or erroneously advertised may be returned for a full refund. Any and all issues must be expressed within the 24 hour period upon reception.
All items must be returned to Element iN Time NYC in the same way received with all its belongings and with the original packing. If an item is used, tampered, altered or damaged Element iN Time NYC reserves the right to refuse the return as well as refund and/or charge a restocking fee that can go up to 25% of the actual value of the transaction. Also, if Element iN Time NYC is not at fault for the reason of return - a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value may be charged.
Returns or exchanges for any other motives are not covered unless previously agreed by Element iN Time NYC.
